Refund Policy

We want to do everything we can to make your experience as positive as possible. Orders may be cancelled prior to any items being shipped and a full refund will be issued.  Once the order has shipped, you have 14 days from the shipment date to request a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Accidentally purchased the wrong product? Send an email to us at hello@snarkle.rocks within 14 days from the shipment date to let us know what happened and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Refunds
Returned products must not exhibit any wear-and-tear and must include all original packaging.
